Shipping & Pick Up

We know that once you’ve ordered, you want it in your hands as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to get your order on its way quickly.

New Zealand Shipping

Orders are shipped throughout New Zealand with NZ Post.

Please allow approximately 2–3 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and NZ Post’s delivery network.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Free shipping is available on all New Zealand orders over $100.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through our website.

If you’re in Australia or another country and would like to place an order, please get in touch. We’ll do our best to help and can look into shipping options for you.

Local Pick Up

If you’re local, you can choose Pick Up at checkout and collect your order from our store.

We try our best to have pick-up orders ready within a few hours whenever possible, but this will depend on the day and time your order is placed.

Our shop hours are:

Tuesday: 4pm–7pm
Wednesday: 10am–7pm
Thursday: 10am–6pm
Friday: 10am–3pm

If you place a pick-up order outside of these days or hours, your order will be available to collect on the next business day that the shop is open.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before coming in to collect it.
